If you plan to take a final exam with testing accommodations through OAR, final exam booking is open now open. The deadline to book an appointment is the last day of classes: Wednesday November 20th at 12 PM. Appointments are booked through Accommodate. Students with testing accommodationss will receive an email from OAR with this information as well as detailed instructions.
We have limited the number of available seats per testing start time, to accurately reflect our space and staffing constraints. If you do not see your preferred start time when you are making a booking request, that means the testing time slot is full. We do not have space to overbook start times, so if you have a specific day and time that you need to take an exam for any reason, it is important that you book your appointment as soon as possible. Saturday 11/23: 8 AM*, 12 PM*, 4 PM start times
Sunday 11/24: 8 AM*, 12 PM*, 4 PM start times
Monday 611/25: 8 AM*, 12 PM start times
*Students with stop the clock testing and 2x testing must book in these slots. Students with 1.5x extended time and/or reduced distraction testing only can book in any time slot.
Key Information
-Finals will be administered in 107 College Street (the OAR Office).
–If your exam is self-scheduled you still need to book an appointment!
–If your exam is not self-scheduled, pick the time slot that most closely aligns with the time that the rest of your class is taking the exam.
-Requests submitted after the deadline will ONLY be approved pending availability of space. If you book after the deadline you may not be able to take the test at your preferred time.
