Resolution: Verify that the ARP cache reflects the correct hardware address for the specified IP address, or ignore it.
ARP: Host hardware address is broadcast
Resolution: Verify that the hardware address for the target host is the correct hardware address.
Default Gateway ioctl failed
Resolution: Verify that the default route, host IP address, and network mask are correct in the Configuration Utility.
Duplicate IP address detected
Resolution: Identify the host with the incorrect IP address and correct it.

Resolution: Verify that the broadcast address, host IP address, and network mask are correct in the Configuration Utility.

Resolution: Verify that your workstation's IP address and network mask are correct in the Configuration Utility.

Resolution: Verify that the network mask and the IP address are correct in the Configuration Utility.

Resolution: Verify that the broadcast address and network address are correct in the Configuration Utility.

Loading TGVMOD.MOD failed
Resolution: For Windows 3.x, make sure TGVMOD.MOD is in the DOS path. If you cannot locate TGVMOD.MOD, reinstall the Cisco TCP/IP Suite Stack for Windows. For both Windows 95 and Windows 3.x, make sure your system has sufficient DOS memory. Close any unused applications to free memory.
