Environmental topics have become a significant part of German Studies. One of the biggest challenges for educators trying to integrate these topics is a lack of assembled resources and methodology. This site is part of a broader collaborative project which seeks to develop these frameworks, methods, and shared materials for environmentally-focused, community-engaged scholarship and pedagogy in German Studies.
We hope this platform can give educators the resources they need to start integrating topics of sustainability and ecocriticism into their curriculum, as well as spark connections outside of the classroom.
