What Do the Candidates Say About STW Programs?

Unfortunately, the School-to-Work Opportunities Act of 1994 expired in 2001.  However, there are still plenty of schools with school-to-work programs or vocational schools that still focus on preparing students for the workforce.  Although the Act may have expired, candidates still see the importance and the need to readily prepare Americans for the workforce.
