		Clayton Christensen coined the term “disruptive innovation” in 1997 in his book The Innovator’s Solution. Disruptive innovations fundamentally change the existing status-quo. “A disruptive innovation extends its benefits to people who, for one reason or another, are unable to consume the original product.” Currently, our public education system is not getting the job done.
