1. Science and Ethics: A new pledge of ethical responsibility for scientists has just been developed by a group called International Network of Engineers and Scientists for Global Responsibility (INES). If you are interested in looking over a copy, contact Joel. There's no obligation.

2. Physics 223: This year's Physics 223, Research Seminar, is in danger of folding. We have four interested students, but need at least two more. Want to gain some speaking experience and improve your skills? Want to learn more about what your peers have been doing with their physics?
