FYI:

Congratulations to Bruce Thomas, who is the new Lawrence McKinley Gould Professor, and to Bill Titus, who has been appointed to the Sawyer Chair.

Physics Department T-SHIRTS!!!:  If you would like physics 2004 T-shirt, we need your money by Friday June 4th.  Since the order is a little late this year, underclassmen will receive their shirts next fall.  They will be ready by graduation for seniors, so don't worry.  The design that we settled on will be something like "Carleton physics 2004" on the front and "Everything I need to know I learned from (the Schrodinger equation)" on the back.  The shirts are black with light blue printing, and I must say, they will be pretty cool.  So order today.  The cost is $15 and I would love it if you would email me (morgensm) the size that you would like and pay me by THIS Friday).  Make checks out to Mara Morgenstern. Thanks,

The deadline for materials to be included in Radiations is noon Thursday prior to the week you would like the information to appear.
