Astronomy Images Spring
1998
The following images were taken
as a part of my independent study in the Spring of 1998. Most of the
successful images were taken the night of June 3, 1998.
This image is one I took of the
moon which is always one of my best subjects when I take pictures.
You can see some very nice craters near the top of the photo.
This is another image of the
moon. You can see several large maria, but there is not a lot of
shadowing on the craters.
Here is a nice shot of
the ring nebula or M57.
Here is another photo of
the M57 with slightly different exposure times on the red, green, and
blue filters.
