Project Kaleidoscope - concerned with a broad range of issues related to science education at the undergraduate level. On line copies of occasional papers and workshop announcements are available. This is a great site for anyone considering new construction or renovation of science facilities.
American Society of Plant Physiologists - great information about plant biology education including a regular Education Forum column. Great links.
Society for Developmental Biology - a real stand out in terms of multimedia presentations of development. The Virtual Developmental Biology Library is incredibly useful. Also, there is a growing amount of information about developmental biology education at this site.
Botanical Society of America - contains links to good plant sites and also to on-line journals. There is a specific section on teaching.
Zygote - This is Scott Gilbert's site where he updates what's new in developmental biology. I like it because it contains great history and philosophy of science information as well as what's new in the field that you might bring into your classroom.
Research Links 2000 - A project supported by CUR and the NSF that contains tested, research-based introductory biology labs.
Workshop Biology - Wonderful resources and ideas for making traditional lab a lecture more seamless.

BioSci - Great information on newsgroups including the Plant-Ed newsgroup which celebrated its 4th anniversary in 1999 and has over 4,000 archived conversations about plant biology education.
Bioquest Curricular Consortium - a philosophy and information technology based approach to biology education that is first rate.
BioScene - This is the publication of the Association of College and University Biology Educators. The publication (including many back issues) is available on the web.
NABT Four Year College Section - make connections with others at undergraduate institutions.
