SGD

The Saccharomyces Genome Database allows you to access the entire sequence of the yeast genome.

MendelWeb

MendelWeb provides a great deal of information about the man regarded as the father of genetics, including some original papers.

Entrez

The Entrez Browser lets you search GenBank and other databases for sequences and other information about genes, open reading frames and plasmids.

The Blast Search allows you to enter in and compare unknown sequences with entries in GenBank and other sequence databases.

OMIM

The Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man is a database cataloging known or believed human genes and genetic disorders.

CSA

The Cambridge Scientific Abstracts Web site allows literature searches in MEDLINE and other databases. This link connect to the Abstracts through the Carleton College Library.

Bio Online

The Bio Online page provides directories and profiles of Biotech companies in the United States.
