	A.   NaH2PO4.H2O			11.3			2.26
	B.   NaOH				12.6			2.52
	C.   Glucose				27.0			5.4
	D.   CaCl2*2H2O			        6.62			1.0
					
	E.   50% Glutaraldehye (Kodak)

	Store stock solutions at 4oC


Fixative Constituents:

	Stock Solution				 mL

		A				37.35
		B			   	7.65
		C			   	5.0
		D			   	0.25
		E		         	2.09
						-----
		Total Volume:  			52.34
		
    (2.09/52.34)(.5) = 2%

  1. Thoroughly mix together solutions A and B.
  2. pH to 7.3.
  3. Add solutions C, D and E.

Place the tissue in cold fixative and then allow to come to RT during fixation.
