POSSIBLE FINAL PROJECTS

  1. Web page with Rousseou et al print images + some background info
  2. Test different treatments to get Scutellaria ovata (a rare mint from the Arb) to germinate
  3. Graft different genotypes of pea and tomato and document what phenotypes are
  4. Research proposal on topic of your choice
  5. Powerpoint talk on your favorite plant topic
  6. Test seed viability through flourescence
  7. RFLP analysis using pea mutant and wildtype DNA and DIG-labelled probe
  8. Northern analysis with DIG-labelled probe
  9. GH experiments. One student will be conducting a variation of the competition lab coming up.
  10. One student is going to studying the effects of Juglone on plant growth.
