HOW WILL YOU GET A JOB AFTER GRADUATION? THINK AHEAD, GET AN INTERNSHIP!

The National Association of Colleges and Employers writes in Job Outlook 2002 that, for the second consecutive year, employers have rated their internship programs as the most effective method they have to recruit new college graduates. "The popularity of experiential education programs as recruiting tools has risen dramatically over the past few years. Five years ago, internship programs were ranked seventh on the 'effective methods' list; last year and this year, they made it to number one."

What does this mean to you? Get an internship as an undergrad if you want to have the best chance at getting a job after graduation. It will be worth the effort!
