The Defender Association (WA). The Investigator Intern
Program is an exciting volunteer internship program in the legal field.
This is a hands-on internship in criminal defense investigation taking
place during the summer. Interns will receive training and supervision
as they investigate cases for low-income individuals that have been

Syngenta Seeds (MN). Biological Research Assistants
needed to assist and work under the direction of local scientists
and technicians within the entomology and pathology working groups.
Interns must be pursuing a degree in biological or agricultural sciences,
and be willing to work outside most of the time. This is a seasonal
position lasting from April to September. Some overnight travel to
surrounding states may be required. Salary is $8.00-$9.50/hour. For

The Whale Center
of New England (MA). The Whale Center is a non-profit
research organization involved with the study of behavior, ecology,
and natural history of the whales and dolphins found off the coast
of MA. Annual spring, summer and fall internships are available to
undergrads and recent graduates. College credit is available. Interns
are responsible for collecting, organizing, transcribing and analyzing
data. Interns live together in a common apartment and share cooking
and cleaning duties. A fee of $1000 over the period is charged to
cover housing, utilities, educational materials, and weekly food stipend.
