If you follow the steps below you should be able to create a good résumé. But don't be afraid to ask for help in the Career Center! Staff members aren't going to critique you, they're going to offer ideas about your résumé and how to make it more effective.

If you haven't started your résumé yet, we suggest starting at Step One and working forward. If you already have a résumé but need some help formatting it, or any other kind of advice, skip forward to the step that looks most applicable to you.
