Starting Your Job Search

Don't even know where to begin looking for a job? Here's some helpful places to start.

Research--Get started by investigating different job industries, employers, salaries, and cities to give you a better idea where you want to start looking.

CareerSearch--Search through businesses, organizations, cities, all over the country. This is a great way to find information and contacts.

Informational Interviewing--Learn how to contact other alumni and ask them questions about their jobs, the industry they work in, ... anything!

WebExchange--This site provides detailed information and links for job areas that often interest liberal arts students. Search through pages covering the Environment, Film, Investment Banking, Science, and more!
